Loyaltrees is our rewards program that lets you earn points on purchases and redeem them for select discounts, free products, and exclusive perks based on your tier.

Sign up in-store or online with your phone number and/or email. You’ll start earning points immediately.

Yes. You’ll earn double points on your first purchase after signing up.

There are four tiers based on your annual spend:

  • Member: $0–$499
  • Insider: $500–$4,999
  • Plus: $5,000–$9,999
  • Premier: $10,000+

Your loyalty tier is primarily based on your total spend from the previous calendar year. However, if you spend enough during the current year to qualify for a higher tier, you’ll be upgraded automatically as soon as you reach that threshold.Your tier will always reflect the highest level you’ve earned based on either last year’s spend or your current-year activity.

  • Member: 1 point per $1
  • Insider: 2 points per $1
  • Plus: 3 points per $1
  • Premier: 3 points per $1

  • Free preroll with $100+ spend (pre-tax, post-discount), one per day

Insider

  • Free 1/8th with $100+ spend (pre-tax, post-discount), one per day

Plus

  • Free 1/8th with $100+ spend (pre-tax, post-discount), one per day
  • Free upgrades to Reserve Tier deli flower

Premier

  • Free 1/8th with $100+ spend (pre-tax, post-discount), one per day
  • Free upgrades to Reserve Tier deli flower
  • 25% off standing discount (does not stack with other promotions)

You earn points on every qualifying purchase based on your tier’s points-per-dollar rate.

Points can be redeemed for dollars-off vouchers or free products, including select deli flower options. Available redemption options include:

 

  • 250 points: $5 off OR 1g deli flower
  • 500 points: $10 off
  • 1,000 points: 3.5g deli flower
  • 2,000 points: 7g deli flower
  • 4,000 points: 14g deli flower
  • 6,000 points: 28g deli flower

 

Redemption values vary between Select and Reserve deli flower.

Our Pleasantrees deli flower is organized into different tiers so customers can shop based on their preferences and budget without compromising on quality.

Our cultivation and retail teams evaluate each batch of flower for its THC percentage, bud structure, trichome density, terpene profile, freshness and genetics, placing each batch into the tier that best reflects its unique characteristics. 

  • Reserve: The absolute best of our cultivation: hand selected phenotypes, rare genetics, and meticulously grown cannabis flower.
  • Select: Select is where craft meets consistency and showcases our deep-rooted expertise in delivering cannabis that is never remediated.

Your wallet will show every reward you have enough points to redeem. However, only one loyalty reward may be redeemed per day, even if you qualify for multiple rewards.

No. Points rewards cannot be stacked. Only one points voucher may be used per day.

You may redeem one points reward per day, and points rewards cannot be stacked with other points rewards.

 

Points rewards may be combined with other ongoing promotions or lifetime discounts, including the free preroll or free 1/8th with a qualifying $100+ spend, where applicable.

 

Premier’s 25% standing discount does not stack with other promotions.

Loyaltrees points may be redeemed only for select products and offers chosen by us. Eligible rewards may change based on availability and program updates.

Yes. Points expire one year from the date they are earned if not redeemed. Points are redeemed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis.

Yes. You may redeem one Loyaltrees reward per day.

Yes. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the loyalty program or any reward at any time, including available redemptions and tier benefits.

Rewards are subject to availability. If a specific reward is unavailable, an alternative may be offered or the reward may be unavailable until restocked.

 No. You can participate in the loyalty program without opting into email or text messages. However, we recommend opting in, as we share exclusive loyalty-only offers and updates through these channels that you may otherwise miss.

No, your Loyaltrees Tier status is unaffected by your total points balance.

Yes, you can earn points and redeem rewards at any Pleasantrees location–Lincoln Park, East Lansing, Mt. Clemens, Hamtramck, and Houghton Lake.

Yes, when you earn a $5 or $10 off reward, it can be redeemed for flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates and more across any of our Michigan dispensaries.
