We’ve listened to feedback from our customers and have updated our rewards and improved our program to give members the chance to earn more than just points. We’ve made it more flexible for customers redeeming points, easier to keep your tier status, and so much more. Below is a complete breakdown of our Loyaltrees program, and what customers can save with us throughout the year!

To Save
Every time a customer shops with us, they earn points. For each dollar spent, customes will earn 1 point. A customers Loyaltrees Tier will be determined based on their total amount spent over the course of a calendar year.
Each tier allows customers access to premium rewards, exclusive offers, weekly deals, and more.
Now, Customers can redeem their points for any products within our stores. Using points will no longer drop customers down in tier status, that is something that is determined by their annual spending.

In addition to reworked rewards, here are some other benefits loaded up for Loyaltrees members:
- Loyalty points will now expire after one year of inactivity, instead of 90 days.
- Loyalty status will be determined based on the amount of spend in a calendar year (January 1 to December 31.)
- Customers will be grandfathered into their tiers when the new program launches on June 7th, no action needed.
- A customer’s loyalty stats will no longer drop when points are redeemed.
- Customers will be able to redeem their points for any product they choose, at any time.

WHEN DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Points should update on your account within 24 hours.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ALREADY EXISTING POINTS AND STATUS?
Guests will be grandfathered into their tiers for the year and will not have to re-earn their points.
WHEN DO THE NEW LOYALTREES UPDATES BEGIN?
June 7, 2025. Current Loyaltrees members don’t have to do anything to receive updated benefits.

No. You can access your Loyaltrees account and your wallet from any desktop or web browser – just click here
ARE YOU GOING TO EMAIL/TEXT ME ALL THE TIME?
Also no. once you opt-in for communication, we will only be in touch for weekly specials or other exclusive drops. You can choose to opt-out from those at any time and still be a Loyaltrees member.
DO YOU SELL MY INFORMATION?
