Every time you shop with us, you’re earning points. Every dollar still equals 1 point, but now we’re introducing a new tier system that gives back every time you come in. Your points can still be redeemed at any time for discounts and even greater rewards than before.
Your total amount of accumulated points automatically assigns you to a tier – where you can enjoy premium rewards, exclusive offers, weekly deals and more. We think you’re going to love it.

One of the best things about our new Loyaltrees program is the Pleasantrees App. It’s going to be your one-stop-shop for managing your account, accessing your wallet, using your points, viewing our menu, unlocking exclusive deals & so much more.

WHEN DOES LOYALTREES 2.0 START?
We’re launching it on Wednesday, March 15th. All existing Loyaltrees members will have the chance to spend their points in the current program or continue to accumulate and see what new and exciting rewards they can get starting on March 15th.
DO I NEED A PHONE OR AN APP TO BE A MEMBER?
No. You can access your Loyaltrees account and your wallet from any desktop or web browser. Just click here.
ARE YOU GOING TO EMAIL OR TEXT ME ALL THE TIME?
Also no. Once you opt-in for communication, we will only be in touch for weekly specials or other exclusive drops. You can choose to opt-out from those at any time and still be a Loyaltrees member.
DO YOU SELL MY INFORMATION?
Absolutely not. The only thing we are interested in selling is great weed.
IF I OPT-OUT OF TEXT / EMAIL, DOES MY WALLET STILL WORK?
Yes it will, and you can resubscribe at any time.
WILL MY POINTS EVER EXPIRE?
If you shop with us regularly, your points will never expire. However, if you don’t shop at Pleasantrees for 90 days (~3 months) your points will expire. We will let you know far in advance that you are approaching the 90 days so that you can choose to come back in and keep your points active.
HOW DOES THE TIER SYSTEM WORK?
Starting on March 15th the amount of points in your wallet will determine what rewards tier you are in. You can move up and down through each tier as often as you choose based on how you accumulate or spend your points. The more points you have, the better the rewards become. Each tier has their own set of rewards and perks that give back every time you shop with us – so the more you spend, the more you get back.
